Is SourcePoint Research open for orders?

SourcePoint Research is accepting order review requests for in-stock items only. Requests are not paid orders. Payment instructions are provided only after review, and fulfillment begins only after payment is confirmed and cleared.

What happens when I request availability updates?

You can submit your contact information to receive product availability and documentation status updates.

Research-Use-Only Policy

Are products for human use?

No. Products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.

Do you provide dosing instructions?

No. SourcePoint Research does not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, usage, medical, veterinary, or personal-use guidance.

Do you provide medical advice?

No. SourcePoint Research does not provide medical advice, health guidance, treatment recommendations, or product recommendations for personal purposes.

Can you answer safety questions about a product?

No. SourcePoint Research does not provide safety guidance, medical advice, usage guidance, or product recommendations for personal purposes. Support can help with documentation, batch records, and order review status only.

Can you recommend a product for a condition or goal?

No. SourcePoint Research cannot recommend products for a condition, goal, personal use, health use, performance use, or any non-research purpose.

Product Availability

Why do some product pages show Join Waitlist?

Products that are not in stock route to availability notifications instead of order review cart submission.

Can I request availability for a product?

Yes. Use product availability notification or waitlist buttons to receive availability updates.

Will more products be added?

Future products may be added after sourcing, documentation, batch tracking, and release review are complete.

Testing and COAs

What is a COA?

A COA is a certificate of analysis connected to product and batch documentation. It may include product name, batch or lot number, test date, lab name, and reported results.

Do you use third-party testing?

SourcePoint prioritizes third-party testing references when available and marks document status clearly for each batch.

Do reports include chromatograms?

When available and approved for publication, chromatograms or supporting report pages may be included with the batch documentation.

How do I match a product to documentation?

Compare the product name, catalog size, and batch ID on the product label with the COA Library or Batch Verification page.

Shipping

Are products shipping now?

No. Submitting a order review request does not mean products are shipping immediately. Fulfillment begins only after review is complete and payment is confirmed and cleared.

Where can I read the shipping policy?

The Shipping Policy page explains standard shipping, review, and fulfillment timing for order review requests.

Refund / Replacement Policy

Can I request a refund or replacement?

Refunds or replacements are reviewed under the Refund/Replacement Policy. Order review requests are not paid orders until review is complete and payment is confirmed.

Why are policies shown before request submission?

Policies are published for transparency before order review request submission.

Account and Order Questions

Are customer accounts live?

No. Account pages are front-end prototypes only. Live accounts will be available after backend account integration is complete.

Will orders include batch IDs?

The planned order system is structured to connect product records and batch IDs to order history after backend account integration.

Can support answer product-use questions?
